#REQ0014537

Are you eager to learn, grow, and make real impact from day one? Do you want to build strong project management capabilities and gain hands-on experience with meaningful initiatives across different capabilities? Then join Kramp in Varsseveld as Junior Project Manager Cluster Benelux!

We offer you a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives, with a focus on project management, strategy and business transformation.

As the Junior Project Manager Cluster Benelux you will be part of our newly established PMO Benelux. You contribute to high-visibility, strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business in the region. These projects span multiple departments and cover topics ranging from operational excellence to commercial innovation, giving you broad exposure across the organization.

This role is ideally suited for someone early in their career. You will be supported by the Manager PMO Benelux and collaborate closely with experienced project - and program managers, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

What is your role?

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support and gradually take ownership of projects within the PMO portfolio. Responsibilities include:

Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Assist in defining project goals, scope, and success criteria.

  • Help develop project plans, track progress, and support execution to ensure delivery on time and within scope.

  • Contribute to setting up and maturing PMO processes within the Benelux cluster.

Change Management & Analysis

  • Support change initiatives by gathering data, analysing project progress, and preparing insights and recommendations.

  • Help ensure stakeholders understand project objectives, impacts, and outcomes.

Planning & Structuring

  • Contribute to building detailed project and workstream plans that align with Kramp’s governance frameworks.

  • Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and help keep teams aligned.

Resource, Risk & Issue Management

  • Assist with cost tracking, resource coordination, and forecasting.

  • Help identify and document risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them when needed and supporting mitigation activities.

Team Collaboration & Leadership Development

  • Work closely with project teams, facilitating communication and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.

  • Develop leadership capabilities and begin to guide small workstreams or sub-projects.

Stakeholder Support

  • Build working relationships with colleagues across departments.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and updates to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment.

Who are you?

You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn. You enjoy connecting with different people, diving into new topics, and bringing structure to complex challenges. You bring the ambition to grow, both personally and within the Kramp organization, and the willingness to take responsibility. Furthermore, you bring:

  • A completed master’s degree or equivalent level of professional experience.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.

  • A practical, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to dive into details.

  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience or interest in project management tools or analytics (an advantage, not a requirement).

  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.

  • Any role-related relevant experience is considered a plus.

Above all, you are motivated to learn and to shape your role as you grow.

What do we offer?
